Our client is an entertainment company. They are looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Support all functions of the monthly receivables closes
- Check billing discrepancies on invoices
- Manage the review of all discrepancies and bad debt write-offs
- Oversee political collections, cash applications, reconciliations, and refunds
- Assemble monthly cash forecasts for month end and cash flow management
- Appraise credit worthiness of new and existing customers
- Collaborate with the credit team enforcing credit holds
- Continue relationships with customers
- Assist in collection policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
- 8+ years of accounts receivable experience
- Strong managerial experience
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficient in ERP, SAP preferred
- Knowledge of Office, advanced Excel
