Administrative Assistant Temporary

Our client is a public relations company. They are looking for a temp Administrative Assistant to join their Manhattan, NY office.

Responsibilities

• Complete advanced and proactive calendar management
• Manage phone calls and redirect them as appropriate
• Monitor between the president’s office and internal departments
• Help with meeting invitations, tech support, and settings for virtual events and in-person meetings
• Organize travel arrangements, handle reimbursements, and other logistics
• Handle other special projects, including personal tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 3+ years of administrative experience
• Public relations, marketing, and/or advertising industry background preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
