Our client is a publishing company. They are looking for a temp to perm Administrative Assistant to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Assist the CFO and Controller and send emails on their behalf
- Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
- Make follow-up calls to clients and respond to voicemails
- Take meeting notes, upload notes, and scan documents
- Monitor and track expenses and run reports in Concur
- Create spreadsheets and use formulas to enter data into Excel
- Ordering food for meetings as well as supplies for the office
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of administrative experience
- Open to industry background
- Excellent communication skills
- Organized and analytical
- Personable and professional
- Skilled in Word and Excel
