Our client is a real estate investment firm. They are looking for a Business Analysis & Reporting Associate to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Support as the business partner to the Global Heads of the Shared Services departments
- Monitor budgeted headcount and compensation costs
- Supervise budgeting processes for shared services departments
- Complete monthly/quarterly analysis and reporting of financial results
- Support in the allocation process of consolidated costs
- Review various cost-saving initiatives throughout the organization
- Handle executive-level reporting, summarizing findings, and recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred
- 2+ years of reporting experience
- Private/combo background preferred
- Financial services industry experience preferred
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and analysis required
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Smartview, Hyperion, or Oracle preferred
- Knowledge of GAAP strongly preferred
- Proficient with advanced Excel required
