Our client is a financial services firm. They are looking for a Portfolio Management Reporting & Analysis Associate to join their Stamford, CT office.
Responsibilities
- Oversee contractual performance bonuses for all portfolio managers and investment professionals
- Monitor analytical reports used by business unit leaders and senior management
- Submit analytical findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner that will drive action plans
- Collaborate with colleagues across finance to maintain existing accounting policies and establish new policies as the business develops
- Execute process improvements to minimize opportunities for error and to improve the timeliness of our deliverables
- Lead ad-hoc requests to support the strategic goals of the business
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Public, private, or combo background preferred
- Experience with financial modeling preferred
- Knowledge of advanced Excel
- CPA certification preferred
