Our client is a public accounting firm. They are looking for a Senior Auditor to join their Melville, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Complete audit, review, and other accounting services
- Understand current accounting, compliance, and operating policies
- Manage targeted fieldwork to test internal controls
- Analyze financial statements, planning, and organizing engagements
- Lead staff members on engagements and communicating with clients
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3+ years of auditing experience
- Public/combo background preferred
- Experience with commercial, real estate, or banking preferred
- SEC accounting experience required
- Strong time management skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- CPA certification required
