Our client is a logistics company. They are looking for a temp to perm Bookkeeper to join their Valley Stream, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
- Handle Bank Reconciliations, Wire Transfers, and Tax Payments
- Manage customer invoicing and invoice auditing
- Complete vendor and customer credit applications and account setups
- Carry out other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Logistics industry experience preferred
- Organized and analytical
- Skilled in QuickBooks
