Entry Level Clerk Temporary

Our client is a retail company. They are looking for a temp to perm Entry Level Clerk to join their Manhattan, NY office.

Responsibilities

• Manage files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
• Maintain incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
• Respond to phone calls and take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
• Use office appliances such as photocopiers, printers, and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation, etc.
• Handle accounts receivable and invoicing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 1+ years of accounting experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
