Our client is an oil and gas company. They are looking for an Equity Plan Administrator to join their Parsippany, NJ office.
Responsibilities
- Confirm all participant data and equity plan transactions are correctly processed
- Settle data between stock administration and payroll
- Communicate any issues or changes to the equity plans and administration processes
- Monitor SOX compliance by working with the internal audit team
- Give participants and partners complete and accurate information
- Offer communication to employees regarding their equity grants
- Manage grant agreement acceptances and day-to-day equity activities
- Balance shares related to equity plan transactions on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Create reports as needed for audit, tax, and legal filings
Requirements
- 3+ years of equity administration experience
- Private/combo background preferred
- Equity compensation experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Proficient with Workday
- CEP license preferred
