Responsibilities
- Provide continuous calendar, travel, and expense management
- Schedule meetings, disseminate materials, and send reminders
- Handle mail and deliveries, event coordination assistance, etc.
- Create an efficient workplace and coordinate team-building events
- Perform special administrative/technical projects
- Assist with DEI efforts and professional development support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of administrative experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong drive, determination, and ability to handle pressure
- A results-driven achiever with excellent organizational skills
- A team player who takes the initiative to solve problems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Concur
