Our client is an investment real estate firm. They are looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Engage in internal reporting including key performance indicators for monthly and quarterly reviews
- Examine current and past trends in key performance indicators
- Manage mergers and acquisitions, and strategic investments process
- Monitor driving transaction processes by managing due diligence requests and coordinating with external advisors
- Help build budgets and forecasts
- Manage P&Ls by business unit, analyze performance, and make recommendations
- Resolve complex analysis projects, evaluate findings, prepare reports, and make recommendations
- Research business decision analytics and produce ad-hoc reporting and analysis
- Support elements of financial accounting transformation
- Supervise the continued development of budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plans, and modeling tools
Requirements
- 2+ years of finance planning and analysis experience
- Previous accounting experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytica, organizational, and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of SQL, Tableu, and Power BI required
