PE Fund Accountant Permanent

Our client is a financial services firm. They are looking for a PE Fund Accountant to join their Boca Raton, FL office.  

Responsibilities

• Prepare cash and portfolio reconciliations on complex structures 
• Perform shareholder allocation, incentive, and management fee calculations 
• Process budgets for each fund 
• Organize capital calls and distributions to investors 
• Review month end close packages from the administrator 
• Oversee the completion of internal allocations and expense accruals 
• Partake in month-end valuation processes 
• Develop investment documents and properly set up investment structures 
• Report information to clients and investors 
• Assist the IR team on ad hoc and monthly investor requests 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required 
• 3+ years of private equity or hedge fund experience required 
• Experience in public and private accounting  
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills 
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel required 
• CPA certification preferred
