Senior Accountant Permanent

Our client is a bookkeeping services company. They are looking for a Senior Accountant to remotely join their office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client accounts including assisting monthly or quarterly financial statements
• Perform monthly closings for clients in a variety of industries.
• Handle personal, corporate, and partnership tax returns
• Support client books and prepare monthly or quarterly financials
• Review financials for accuracy of advising clients
• Study individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
• Manage forecasts and projections
• Oversee financials with clients on screen share calls
• Help with State and IRS tax notices
• Lead and engage tax projections

Requirements

• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Previous tax experience required
• Client services background preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred
