Our client is an entertainment company. They are looking for a Senior Manager, Card Administrator to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the VP to interpret robust analytical solutions
- Support daily administration and management of the global card programs
- Manage monthly corporate card statement and payment requests
- Enhance processes with automations and standardization
- Handle monthly reconciliation of payments against submitted expenses
- Oversee relevant accounting information in SAP
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working within a Global Shared Services Center environment
- Experience with card program administration, system administration, and customer service support preferred
- Experience with z-options, general ledge integrations, and GRAM preferred
- Experience with corporate card programs and expense processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in SAP, Excel, and Concur
- Fluent in Spanish required
