Our client is a law firm. They are looking for a Sr. Billing Coordinator to join their Manhattan, NY office.
Responsibilities
- Check set-ups to ensure proper coding and compliance with client billing guidelines
- Oversee budgets, billing forecasts, and ad hoc reporting to clients and management
- Monitor client bills on proforma generation, narrative edits, task codes, and creating ledge files
- Manage past-due invoices while communicating with attorneys and clients
- Send bills, resolve rejections, scan invoices to make sure they are paid
- Organize billing-related questions or concerns for assigned attorneys, clients, and management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3+ years of billing experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Elite/Aderant or 3E preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite, advanced Excel
